Bill Gerber, a member of the Representative Town Meeting from District 2, will be running for first selectman, with Christine Vitale, former school board chair and current board member, running for selectman. The Democratic Town Committee has a campaign kick-off event scheduled for 6 to 8 p.m. on March 2 at Metro Kitchen and Bar.
